English and Self-esteem Struggle

Hi,

Many times I wrote about my English and self-esteem struggles.  Believe me, its really hard to overcomes the problems .  Some people will think that  I make a joke for my self, even one of my English teacher said I’m hard on my self. 

Those who are struggle like me will understand what I’m saying or writing. But not everybody really wants to expose their weakness , but I will and  really need a support and help from you all my dear friends!

What do you feel if you are in this situations below:

1. Everybody around you actively talking about global warming issues (for example) and you can understand every words, every sentences they used but at the same time you really dont know how to interupt or give your opinions because it stucks in you mouth or troats, because you dont have confident in your ability to speak English.

2. When you talking about your  opinions on the topic or issue suddenly everybody stop talking and stared at you, suddenly you heart beating rate faster than ever. Your head started thinking  Am I said something wrong? Do they understand my English? English did I use is it not accepted?

So, dear friends, according to my experince above that what I felt everytime I tried to speak English, am I right that I’m struggle with my English and my self-esteem?

Please correct my English and do not hesitate to give your opinion about how to gain self-esteem through your experience.  Thank you very much in advance.
